Ludoil Energia has been honored with the 'Industria Felix Award' as the top female-led business and one of the leading companies.

Ludoil Energia has received the «Industria Felix Award» for being the best woman-led company and among the top companies in the commerce sector for managerial performance and financial reliability according to Cerved.

The award, presented by the Industria Felix Research Center, is reserved for a selection of Italian companies, chosen by Cerved, that have excelled in managerial performance, financial reliability, female leadership, age, and innovation.

Giulia Ammaturo, a member of the Group's Board of Directors, was present at the award ceremony and received the award at the Auditorium of Città della Scienza in Naples. She stated: “Receiving the Industria Felix Award is a source of great pride for the entire Group, not only recognizing our financial strength but also our commitment to promoting an inclusive and meritocratic corporate culture with strong female leadership”.

Diversity and Gender Equality

CEO Lucia Giuseppina Franzese has always been committed to promoting a corporate policy focused on inclusion and gender equality through concrete measures aimed at increasing female representation at all organizational levels, in alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5 of the 2030 Agenda.

In 2023, the #WeAreInclusive project was launched to promote a corporate policy centered on valuing diversity and gender equality. To increase the number of female hires, specific initiatives were designed to involve resources in mentoring activities, welfare programs, and professional growth paths.
