An innovative and sustainable headquarters, nurturing young talent
Nestled within the historic The Medelan, Ludoil's headquarters seamlessly combines representation and operational needs. Designed by the renowned international firm De.Tales, the project embodies the company's core values: innovation, sustainability, and a people-centric approach.
The act of working becomes living within Ludoil's executive offices. The project's design approach, inspired by residential aesthetics but tailored for an office context, defines the essence of the space, blending Milan's signature style and elegance with the dynamism of a leading energy group in Italy.
The building, born from the redevelopment of the historic Palazzo Broggi, was selected by Ludoil for its sustainable features. It is an NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) and has achieved some of the most prestigious environmental certifications. Among these, the LEED Platinum certification highlights the use of innovative technologies and practices aimed at energy and water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, and improved indoor environmental quality.
A People-Centric Project
The spaces within the new headquarters offer a productive and flexible work environment, designed to meet employees' needs and enhance their well-being. This commitment is reflected in the WELL certification, which recognizes the adoption of standards covering air quality, natural light, acoustic and thermal comfort, as well as the promotion of healthy habits and a workspace that fosters productivity and mental well-being.
Renowned for its economic vibrancy and ability to attract highly skilled talent, Milan represents an ideal ecosystem for strengthening stakeholder relationships and consolidating the Group's strategic management. With its Milanese headquarters, Ludoil reaffirms its strategic vision and commitment to creating value, integrating sustainability, innovation, and a people-first approach.
