Nola, 16th April 2021 - The Ludoil Group acquired the entire self-service fuel distributor network under the Auchan brand, previously managed by Margherita Distribuzione S.p.A.
Iperstaroil S.r.l., the beneficiary company of the acquisition, will be responsible for managing the service stations and will carry out rebranding initiatives, including replacing the Auchan brand with “Iperstaroil.”
