Udine, 30th September 2021 - The Ludoil Group, through Sodeco S.r.l., acquired 100% of the shares of Kri Logistica from Q8, a company responsible for a logistics system operating under a fiscal warehousing regime in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. As a result of this transaction, the Group established Gala Logistica, which will take over the management of the assets from Kri Logistica.
This acquisition is part of the Group’s strategy for expansion and growth in the primary logistics sector.
