Torre Annunziata (NA), 11th April 2023 - The Ludoil Group has successfully secured a 100% stake in Isecold S.p.A., a company specializing in the operation of a tax warehousing facility located at the Port of Torre Annunziata.
This strategic acquisition, masterminded by Ludoil Energia S.r.l., aligns seamlessly with our overarching corporate strategy of value chain consolidation and serves to fortify the Group’s presence in the central-southern region of Italy. Notably, within the Campania region, Ludoil Energia bears the responsibility for overseeing the tax warehousing operations in Nola (Naples). The Nola and Torre Annunziata facilities, situated at an approximate distance of 40 kilometers from one another, will be operationally fused to ensure enhanced reliability in the supply chain.
