Nola (NA), 6th December 2023 - Intesa Sanpaolo and Ludoil Group, among the leading private group in the energy sector, engaged in infrastructure logistics and renewables, and investing in innovative circular economy projects, have signed an agreement for the assignment of tax credits related to the Superbonus, with a fiscal value of 1.3 billion euros. The new assignment will cover credits acquired from 1st May 2022, identified by the unique code introduced by the Italian Revenue Agency.
