Milan, 3rd July 2023 - The Ludoil Group and BPER Banca entered into an agreement for the securitization of tax
credits related to the Italian Superbonus, with a total value of 630 million Euros. Through this transaction, BPER
Banca reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Country’s economy by acquiring tax credits. On the other
hand, under the leadership of President Ammaturo, the Ludoil Group demonstrates a consistent commitment
to investing in key sectors for the Country’s energy transition
