By writing a private transfer of shares, authenticated by the notary Alessandra Ianuario (Rep. 3937), Ludoil Energy Srl on 16 April 2021 acquired - through Newco Giadoil Srl - the entire network of Auchan self-service fuel stations in charge of Margherita Distribuzione SpA. The company Iperstaroil Srl, in turn, is the beneficiary company.

The Auchan network consists of 30 filling stations located in the main shopping centers in Italy.

In the last year it sold 225,841,789 liters of fuel, for a turnover of Euro 324,201,431 (including VAT). The filling stations are present in 10 Italian regions, including the last opening of the Misterbianco sales point in Sicily. The average supply is 8 million liters, about 8 times the Italian average. In addition, the volumes of these sales points represent about 1% of the market share of the Country.
